Favourable location adjacent to the centre of the old Batumi and a clinic and the airport, it's central. The staff are very good and I really enjoyed their attitude. Thank you very much for the stay here - would love to come back here some time.

The staff is amicable, professional. All in all they offer good service. The hotel is in the central location ready to help with even unusual demands like packing a box that can be safely checked at the airport. And it's nestled in a nice building short walk to other 4 * in Batumi, and artichect.

The hotel had a decent breakfast spread and the staff was friendly. the location was perfect - right in the heart of the city and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Another advantage was that the hotel had strong Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the property.

The hotel room had a musty smell and the air conditioning unit seemed to be malfunctioning. The bathroom was not very clean either and the towels provided had been well-used.

The view of the city was beautiful both day and night. the complementary breakfast and parking were a nice touch, as were the friendly valets who helped us with our bags. the central location meant we could walk to all the nearby shops and restaurants, which was very convenient.

The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything going on in the hallways and neighboring rooms. the constant noise made it difficult to sleep, especially during the Thanksgiving holiday when there were more people staying at the hotel.
